Understanding. Change. Growth.
Practical skills and real depth — for when insight alone hasn't been enough, and you want your life to feel aligned, intentional, and meaningful.
Schedule a ConsultationMost people don't want or need just one thing or the other. People want both — understanding and change — together, over time, that's what leads to growth.
Many therapies offer one or the other: insight without tools, or tools without depth. I believe people need both.
What helps
Real change rarely comes from forcing yourself into action or trying to think your way out of pain.
It comes from learning how to relate to yourself, your emotions, and your choices differently. That's where therapy comes in: together, we'll build the capacity to better understand what's happening, respond with more choice, and move toward the life you want to live.
The map
Practical skills, deeper questions.
The work draws from real traditions, not a private method — Marsha Linehan's DBT for capacity; the existential thread of Irvin Yalom and Viktor Frankl for direction.
The skills give you capacity. The deeper questions give you direction.

Take the ideas with you.
I've put the core of what I teach into two free packets — DBT Skills - a reference guide, and a companion set on existential psychotherapy. They're for self-guided learning and practice — not a substitute for therapy — and they're yours whether or not we ever work together.
After the packet arrives, I may follow up about once a month with something new I'm working on.
